This was taken at Williams Creek Reservoir, about 25 miles out of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The lake is at 8200 feet, and the area is beautiful. Thanks for making trips like this so comfortable. - Hershel
Patsy and I researched dozens of fifth wheels at several dealerships for about three months. The dealership is now called Blue Compass. We purchased a 2024 Grand Design trailer from them in Oct of 2023. Our sales consultant Mark Teeters was fantastic. He worked hard to get us a good trade-in value for our motorhome and he was prompt to return our calls. Mark is down to earth and very easygoing. He even went the extra mile to assist us, on his own time, with the delivery of our new unit. We were glad to have him as our salesperson. Josh in the service department was very thorough with the walk through of our new trailer. He was knowledge and explained all the whistles and bells and answered our questions with patience and candor. He even assisted us with the purchase of a new trailer hitch. Rob Rolland in the finance department is very personable. Anyone who has bought a recreational vehicle knows this can be the most taxing part of the process. He was not pushy with the up sales, even though we did buy the extended warrantee, we felt it was a good decision and not something unnecessary that we were talked into. He was quick to get us our "Funds Due". This is our seventh trailer and one of the best purchase experiences we have had. We would recommend Blue Compass RV Sales in Prescott Valley to anyone looking to purchase a trailer or motorhome

My first contact with this dealership, was an inquiry about the recall my Winnebago Ekko needed. I purchased my Ekko in Kerrville Texas, I live in northern California. La Mesa RV in Sacramento, CA. was unable or unwilling to do any recall or maintenance, because I did not purchase my unit from them (their words).. When I called Blue Compass, spoke with Kim McCreadie, she assured me they would be able to do the recall. Kim, took excellent care of my Ekko, There were a few issues with the necessary components. Kim's communication with me regarding the time needed was excellent..The 1660 mile drive was well worth it.

We have an older 2006 pull behind Salem camper. Affinity RV in Prescott has been our go to for replacement parts and they have always had what we need - plumbing parts, gas line parts, toilet. The last time we called them we had locked up our camper and lost the keys! The Service department was so helpful and took only two minutes to find what key it was and have copies made - at no charge! We were able to leave the next day for a 10-day hunt. Thank you so much!

The people are a pleasure to work with. Joe Almond and Mark Teeters worked together to help us decide on the RV that would best meet our needs ( which took several visits), Both of them, and the rest of the staff we dealt with were professional, cheerful and willing to take care of all the details. There was no sending us to someone else to sell us add-ons or pressure us to purchase more. I thanked them both for their great customer service, noting that that is something rare in today's marketplace. I am very impressed with Joe and Mark and felt that they did a really fantastic job of making the process quick, easy and pleasurable. As an added note: Joe is a real font of knowledge on all their offering and about each individual 5th wheel trailer we looked at, and Mark is very handsome!

The seller mentioned that they always had a good experience with the team at Affinity RV, so we thought we would give them a shot with our questions as new trailer owners. We were beyond pleased with the customer service we received from Cheryl and tech service from Chris! Chris was especially amazing and generous with his time and information! We learned so much from him as he walked the store with us. We needed to replace or upgrade several parts, plus since we're newbies, he hooked us up with the right chemicals and maintenance tips. He explained everything in a way that was easy for newbies to understand. We greatly appreciate Chris!!! Then, since it was the end of the day, we inadvertently kept Chris and Cheryl after closing time, but neither rushed us out or compromised their great service. Thank you Affinity RV team of Prescott!

Tim is a wonderful person to have as a salesperson. Tim was very honest and upfront from the first phone call to the delivery of our Motor Coach. We were out of state buyers and had to communicate with Tim over a period of time from the purchase to the acceptance of our purchase. He was always prompt in answering questions, following up on items he may not have had answers to and put us in contact with others we may have needed to speak to. Tim was not the typical "you have to buy this today" salesperson. He let us look, ask questions and make our own informed decisions. He is no pressure person and a great person to work with. My husband and I came in looking to make an investment into a new travel trailer that would especially meet our current needs and future vacation plans. Russell Roberts was patient and thorough in going through our decision making process until we were able to decide on our favored coach. Once everything went through financing, we were given a thorough orientation and inspection of the coach and all remedies were met expeditiously the same day. In finality, once we met with Brian De Castro he was very kind to us to meet our needs and finalize the purchase in our favor. Our salesman, Gonzalo Romero, was so easy to work with. He answered all our questions before we were ready to purchase and never made us feel pressured. There was a slight issue with our purchase that was rectified in a manner that was above and beyond our expectations. Gonzo was instrumental in providing EXCELLENT customer service as well as his manager. The finance process went smoothly. As did the unit orientation. We are happy with every aspect of this purchase.
